Before you commit

The written plan is free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
You approve a written scope and a fixed price for the build before work starts.
That price is split into six monthly payments: the first and the sixth start the project, the rest arrive one a month.
The six months are how you pay, not how long you wait: most sites go live three business days to three weeks after the go-ahead, depending on size and how quickly you send content and your two rounds of revisions.
Anything out of scope is quoted and approved in writing first.
You own the finished site once the six payments are made; until then it is ours, and the license to use it is yours.
Your domain is yours from day one and stays in your name whatever happens ($25 a year if we register it for you).
Hosting and minor updates are included for all six months; from month seven, plans start at $49, or we deploy to your host if you have one.
Defects reported within thirty days of launch are fixed free.
You can stop at any time and settle only for work already done.
