How a build runs

The five steps of a build

You always know which step we are on, what comes next, and why each decision was made. What it costs is on its own page.

1. Discovery

We learn who your customers are, what you sell them, and what you want the site to achieve. Everything after this is built on the answers.

2. Planning the pages

Which pages the site needs, what each one says, and the route a visitor takes from landing on it to getting in touch.

3. Design

You see the pages laid out, on a phone and on a desktop, in your own colors and type. Nothing is built until you have approved them.

4. Building

The approved designs become the real site: quick to load, usable with a keyboard or a screen reader, and tested on the phones people actually own.

5. Launch, then tuning

We put the site live, keep an eye on it, and adjust the pages once there are real visitors to learn from.

And afterward

Hosting and small updates are included for your first six months. After that you choose a plan, starting with hosting on its own.

How long it takes

Start to live: three business days to three weeks

All five steps fit inside that. A small site with your content ready can be live in three business days; a bigger one (more pages, copy written together, a booking or ordering flow) takes up to about three weeks. What decides where you land is the size of the site and how quickly you send us content and your two rounds of revisions. The parts that wait on you are the only parts that stretch.

The six monthly payments on the pricing page are how a build is paid for, not how long it takes to build. Your site goes live long before the last one. Hosting, backups and an hour of changes a month are included for the whole six either way.

What it costs

A fixed total, split into six equal monthly payments, with hosting and updates included in all six: a payment schedule, not a waiting time. Three build plans, and care plans for after launch.

What you are agreeing to

A price agreed before we start, no charge you did not approve, and every right in the finished site signed over to you once it is paid for.
