Every Lunar Web Studio invoice is delivered by email with a secure Pay Now button. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Open the most recent invoice email from billing@lunarwebstudio.com and click the Pay Now button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer.

This is the payment schedule for every project we take on. There is nothing else to it, and it is a payment schedule only: your site launches within weeks of starting, not at the end of the six months. How long a build takes →
Your project total is split into six equal monthly payments. The first and the sixth are invoiced together when the contract is signed: that reserves your place on the calendar and starts the work.
Payments two through five are invoiced one a month after that, normally onto a site that is already live, since a build runs three business days to three weeks rather than six months. Nothing is due at launch: the sixth payment was collected at signing.
Hosting and minor updates are included for the first six months. After that you choose a plan (hosting on its own, or one that includes changes) billed monthly. There is no minimum term, and either of us can end it on thirty days’ written notice.

Receipts are emailed automatically after every successful payment. Hosting and care plans run month to month on thirty days’ notice; you can update your card or manage payment details at any time from the receipt email or by replying to billing@lunarwebstudio.com.
