As early as you can. We're often most useful before a site is purchased — that's when our feasibility input has the highest leverage.

Most full-scope custom home engagements run 12–15% of construction cost. We publish fixed fees up front by phase.

No — we're licensed in TX, CO, and CA, and routinely take projects in those three states. We travel for the right brief.

We're builder-agnostic. We'll work with yours, or recommend two or three from our trusted list once we know the project.
