Every Lunar Web Studio invoice is delivered by email with a secure Pay Now button. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Open the most recent invoice email from billing@lunarwebstudio.com and click the Pay Now button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer.

We keep billing simple and predictable. Here's the standard payment schedule for every engagement.
An initial deposit equal to half of the agreed project total is invoiced when the contract is signed. This reserves your project slot and kicks off discovery.
The remaining balance is invoiced when the finished site is ready for launch. Once paid, we deploy to your domain and hand over the keys.
Optional monthly hosting and maintenance is billed as a recurring subscription on a 12-month commitment. Your card is charged automatically each month for the term of the agreement.

Receipts are emailed automatically after every successful payment. For monthly hosting + maintenance plans, the subscription runs for a 12-month term; you can update your card or manage payment details at any time from the receipt email or by replying to billing@lunarwebstudio.com.
